He operates adeptly in both hands-on and strategic roles, empowering high-performance teams while developing innovative solutions. He continually seeks opportunities to challenge the status quo respectfully, aiming to implement new thinking that drives client sales volumes and bottom-line results.

  • With over 30 years of industry experience, Chris has developed and executed more than 25 new programs and key initiatives with Tier One organizations. His contagious energy and precision focus have delivered consistent client growth and heightened employee engagement across sales teams of all sizes. Chris began his career as a Summer Sales Representative at Gatorade in the early '90s and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in both Canada and the U.S. with various client partners.

    As a founding partner, Chris helped establish Encore, continuing his commitment to delivering best-in-class execution for our clients. He is a graduate of the Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, where he studied Business Administration.
