He began his career as a Senior Consultant with the strategy consulting arm of Deloitte in both the U.S. and Canada. Don expanded his expertise in outsourced sales and marketing client services, leading multiple teams across various categories and achieving thirteen years of significant client growth. His senior leadership roles culminated in a dramatic enhancement of business unit results during his tenure.
As a founding partner, Don helped establish Encore, focusing on delivering best-in-class client engagement services. He holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Guelph.
