His experience expands the traditional finance role to include goal-based business partnering, ensuring daily decisions are strategically sound and maximize benefits for all stakeholders now and in the future.

With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors—including manufacturing, healthcare, printing, and media—Gary operates both creatively and innovatively within controlled environments. He contributes significant value internally at Encore and in our client relationships.

He holds the Certified General Accountant designation and earned his B.A. from the University of Toronto, specializing in Economics and Psychology.

As a founding member of Encore's leadership team, Gary has been instrumental in architecting and directing the organization's financial management systems and solutions from the beginning.
