He began his career at Proctor and Gamble, where he held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including National Sales Manager. Ken's extensive background in sales management and client service, particularly in the outsourced sales and marketing industry, equipped him to re-engineer sales organizations and manage transitions in the evolving Canadian marketplace.
As a founding partner, he helped establish Encore, contributing his extensive expertise to the firm's foundation. Ken retired from Encore in 2022, leaving a legacy of excellence in corporate development and client service.
Ken is a graduate of St. Clair College in Windsor, with a Business Administration degree majoring in Marketing.
