She brings over 30 years of human resources experience and has held national, senior HR positions in the retail and outsourced sales and marketing industries. Renowned for leading high-volume HR and recruitment teams that are integrated, responsive, and client-focused, Monica consistently delivers solutions that align with business objectives.

She holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation and earned a B.A. from the University of Toronto, specializing in French and German languages.

As a founding member of Encore's leadership team, Monica has been integral to shaping and guiding the People Engagement capabilities of the organization since its inception.
